Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
